My account was hacked by my ex he has his gmail account attached to a fake gmail for me on my recovery page so I cannot access my Facebook account. My name is Simone [...] and I had to change my name because John W[...] please help me retrieve my account it's full of my deceased son's life and all my contacts for me. If you look closely at photo on right you can see the deception

It does not matter what web browser you are using to access the Facebook site, you will need to contact Facebook for your Facebook account issues.

hi simone, i'm sorry but we are unable to help you regain access to accounts on third party services - you'd have to directly get in contact with facebook's support about this issue.

I had it on firefox too but he locked me out. It was under [email removed]


edied email from spam/search bots view as this is a public forum and nobody here does support by email.
