first: thank you that there is no german support.

firefox seems no longer to be able to download complete websites: "download < fehlgeschlagen> = failed"

sometimes, "retry" button seems to work, but most of css is missing then when loaded offline.

ms edge is able to download complete websites, and they can offline be loaded with firefox completely and correctly then.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

While you are in safe mode;

What security software do you have?

It is possible that (anti-virus) security software is causing the problem. Try to disable security software temporarily to see if that makes a difference.
