While on line with Chess King I receive a popup generated by Firefox: Firefox must send information that will repeat any action that was performed earlier. How can I stop this from happening causing a reset of the information on my screen?

This will happen if you (re)load a page that has been retrieved from the server by submitting a form. Firefox doesn't know what this form is about and warns you.

If you use a bookmark to access a specific page then instead navigate to this page starting with the main page or with the sign in page in case there is a problem with this bookmark.
