I have been accessing Navy Federal for a year on Firefox on my MacBook Air. Today, when trying to access my Navy Federal Account, the computer message is: "Access Denied. You don't have permission to access http://signon.navyfederal.org/siteminderagent/forms/nfcu.fcc’ on this server. Reference #18.4e457b68.1612501415.2a77b49d."

So far, I have closed and re-opened Firefox, rebooted the MacBook Air, and deleted and reinstalled Firefox. I still get the same message.

OBTW, if I walk 10 feet to my wife’s MacBook Pro and try accessing my Navy Federal account using her Firefox, I get right in to the account.

There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connection certificates and send their own.
