As mentioned in the subject, when I want to fill the saved passwords automatically for a certain website, other options from similar websites will also appear. How can I remove these unwanted options (e.g., the last 5 options in the uploaded image)?

Current Firefox releases include sub domains as a suggestion in the drop-down list.

You can set signon.includeOtherSubdomainsInLookup = false on the about:config page to disable this feature to show sub domains.
