After manually deleting my user.js file it still applies the modifications of the file

more options

Basically, I created a file called user.js with modifications to the page scrolling, and I didn't like what I did, so I deleted the user.js file from my profiles folder. But, after deleting it, it still applies the changes from that file even though it is not still there in the profile folder. I appreciate any help you can offer me.

PS: I use a Firefox Sync account, I don't know if it has anything to do with it.
