I upgraded from Thunderbird 91 to Thunderbird 102 today and now Thunderbird is basically all blank, as you can see from the screenshot.

There are no folders or messages. Most controls are non-functional. For example, when I click on Tools->Settings, nothing happens.

I have tried restarting in Troubleshoot Mode but that has the same blank screen with fewer menu entries. The More Troubleshooting Information menu option does nothing.
