Can I save a website address as an icon on my opening page? Similar to my desktop, so I can save my most used pages to my opening page so I don't have to scroll down my entire list of websites to find one.

That would be Homepage settings that one would do.

Otherwise you need to save them as Bookmarks if there is more then one site.
