Is it possible to change the displayed folder in the Bookmark Toolbar? So that not the folder "Bookmarks Toolbar" is used, but a self-selected?

Benefit:

For example, a Firefox sync account is used across multiple devices. But the most important pages differ from device to device (e.g. work/private). Accordingly, a different folder should be displayed in the Bookmarks Toolbar on different devices.

No, you can't have a selected folder showing on the Bookmarks Toolbar as the "Bookmarks Toolbar Items" control can only show bookmarks that are placed in the Bookmarks Toolbar folder.

Note that it is usually not a good idea to connect work and private devices to the same Sync account because Sync merges data from/among all connected devices and all devices end up with the same set.

Too bad, that should be a feature.

This is desired.
