Can Firefox bookmarks and/or passwords be transferred from old hard drive?

I just built a new computer with all new parts and Windows 11. The old one is disassembled. I realized afterwards that I had forgotten to save the bookmarks and passwords into the formats that make importing easy. So I have the original hard drive where Firefox was located on (with Windows 10). Is there a way to copy/paste/import any folders and/or files from the original hard drive to the one on the new computer to transfer the bookmarks and/or passwords?

Note that copying files directly replaces all current bookmarks/passwords with the ones in the file you restore.

You can copy certain files with Firefox closed from one profile folder to another profile folder to transfer personal data. Note that best is to avoid restoring a full profile folder and only restore important files that are safe to restore/transfer.
