Downloads from almost every source are not downloaded. I don't get a pop up to allow me to download "questionable" files. This was not always the case with Firefox. Chrome allows me to download same files- no problems. Where can I change the settings to allow me to download (maybe after I receive a "warning")

Right-click on one of the potentially unsafe files that are pending download and select Allow Download to save the file to your computer.

Right click doesn't offer that option - I'm using Mac OS Monterey 12.7.2

Thanks for all the feedback - I went to Troubleshoot mode but just refreshed Firefox and it solved my problem.
