Need to get Mozilla to open a site in the desktop mode and I can't find the setting in the drop down menu.

My bank tells me that my browser Mozilla, private browsing, is opening their website as a mobile site and needs to change it to a desktop site. I am missing some of the page content in the mobile mode. I can't find any settings in Mozilla menu that allows me to do that. What do I do? Thanks.

Try making the window larger or zooming out (Ctrl+-) then reload the page.

Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?

Does it work better if you do not use Private Browsing mode?

You can check the target line in the Firefox desktop shortcut (right-click: Properties) to make sure nothing is appended after the path to the Firefox program.
