I turned off (deselected...right clicked on the mouse in a "clear space on the upper tool bar) all on the menu items, Favorites, Help, View, etc and the Internet Address bar to increase the size of the web page I was viewing...to print the screen. Now there in no place where I can right click to restore the menu bar, the address bar, and the others.
