When I try to log on to my tiscali mail I get a message saying that my browser does not have javascript enabled, I have checked and it is enabled.

I have checked in TOOLS - OPTIONS - CONTENT and enable javascript is ticked. As a result of this I cannot log onto my webmail and have had to revert to slow old Internet Explorer!

It may also be worth trying clearing the browser cache, and looking at any secutrity software you have, is that blocking the site or any scripts.

  • "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
  • "Remove the Cookies" from sites that cause problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
