I need to have a master password again and the only way I can get one is to start all over with a brand new fresh copy of firefox. my computer keeps remembering it no matter how many times i try to uninstall.

1. is the url br the place that starts with https? 2. I am using a Mac Book Pro and I don't see" support" when I click on "about" and I don't see profile directory anywhere. hence i don't see the rest either. I'm self-taught and about at the end of what I can figure out alone!!
