I am still waiting for a fix to this problem. There are a few people with the same situation and different printers. Printing happens when I access my printer but if I try to change the Printer Properties I get the error message: Function address OxO caused a protection fault. (exception code OxcOOOOOO5 ) . the application property sheet page(s) may not function properly. I click OK and the Printer Properties box comes up but it is only about a quarter of the real box. If I click the word Change. Firefox crashes. I have posted snapshots of these problems in a previous question. I am also having problems getting the whole documents or pages to print. When I click Print Preview on the first and last pages appear out of 3 or 4 pages. I am also getting the words missing at the margins even though I have it set to Shrink to fit. I notice these problems with the last updates of Firefox 3 but it but the Printing Properties error message came about after Firefox 4. I have No printing problems with other browsers or applications like Adobe Reader. Trying to fix it or figure out this porblem,I have had about 100 crashes. I reported another crash before but the answer I got about disabling Mozilla ActiveX control and plugin module did not work. I also tried to reset all of the print_printer settings in the about:config. this did not work either.

Here are the images of the problem. 1) Error message 2) How the Printer Properties looks when I click OK on the error message. 3) How is supposed to look in a normal window.
