System is Toshiba laptop, XP. Firefox 4. This is my sister-in-laws machine, so don't have it here to immediately confirm suggestions.

Lexmark X125 printer will print a Yahoo email and yet will leave out the barcode when printing the email. She can't print tickets, for example.

I cut and paste from email and print the same barcode from MSWord and tried IE and it printed from there. I'm stumped?

I reinstalled the printer driver to no avail and find nothing on the Lexmark site.

Thanks

Dennis

Just an update on the investigation...

The same email, when viewed in Chrome or IE does print the barcode. The same email does print the barcode from FireFox 4.0 on a different printer (HP 4L, about twenty years old).

This seems to narrow it down to a handoff problem between FF 4.0 and the Lexmark x125 print driver. I don't have a feeling this will be something that will ever be fixed.

Thanks
