Every time I try to open my source code window for any web site, the window doesn't appear. First I thought it was the Mac OS hiding the window but then I checked the Window menu. The source code window is listed there but when I click it, it won't stay selected. Also, every time I ask for that window again (with the keyboard shortcut or through the View menu) it adds a new item to the Window menu saying "Source of: http://blablabla"

I've tried restarting the browser (closing all tabs first) and resetting the toolbars within safe mode.

I have this problem too... Here's som additional information:

The same problem applies to the Downloads window. I'm using OS X 10.5.8 and Firefox 4.0.1 with two displays. The problem only appears when using Firefox on the secondary display.
