It is a fake; probably trying to get some of your personal information to sell or use themselves. The ".sk" at the end of the address is for "Slovakia"; see https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/.sk

Mozilla is a non-profit and does not participate in or sponsor such contests, etc. About the most you will ever get from Mozilla is a tee shirt.
