when I open firefox I have a blue bar of top the page that says mozilla firefox. Now I have an additional blue bar below that that has an orange box on the left that has firefox in it. what is this and how do I get rid of it.

You should only see the title bar with the orange Firefox button on it and the tab bar if the Firefox window is maximized.


Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
