Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Thank you but still does not work. I have done both of the above suggestion. Restart my computer but still not able to get into yahoo from mozilla once i click mail. Same error messages

by doing the above, it make matters worse.
