Firefox doesn't do email, it's a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.

If your problem is with Mozilla Thunderbird, see this forum for support. http://www.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/support/

Hello, Firefox is not a mail client.

I think you are talking about webmail or Thunderbird.

Web Mail means online mail services, for example Hotmail, Gmail, RediffMail, Sify Mail and My Opera Mail.

Mozilla Thunderbird is an e-mail client. So if you are talking about Thunderbird, you need to go to Thunderbird forums at
