I have my home page set. What I need to find out how to set it so that every tab I open, it opens to my home page instead of a blank tab/page.

I use Firefox at work. We have a standard home page we use. In IE all my new pages open at our home page. With Firefox I have my home page set, but all new windows I open, open as a blank tab/blank page. I want to have all my new windows/tabs to open to my home page.
