Why am I getting infinite amount of repeating tabs when I download a PDF file?

more options

When I try to download a PDF file I get an infinite amount of tabs opening up from firefox and I can never really open the doc and never print the doc - it prints out blank if I locate it in downloads. Do I have a virus?
