List of URLs used to construct a web page
Hi,
My request is very simple but I can't find anything about it on the website, or any add-ons. I want a simple list of all the URLs accessed during a web page load. So for example, visiting a newspaper such as the Daily Mail. The bottom left corner of Firefox displays each URL as it is loaded into the browser. I simply want a list of all addresses. Then, I can weed out and block all those I don't ever want to load. This will make page loads faster and allow me to block undesirable addresses.
Note: I'm not interested in the links ON a page, just those links used to construct a page. Like taking a video if you will of the lower left corner as a page loads.
Cheers
David

I know the Firebug's net panel lists all items requested on page load, but don't know of any that do exactly what you are looking for.

Try the Firefox > Web Developer > Web Console and log the network traffic.
Thanks cor-el. I tried the Web Developer add on. Got a load of added functionality but I couldn't find any way to display URLs loaded during page downloads. Couldn't find any logging facilities either. I'm using Firefox 7.0.1 and Web Developer 1.1.9. One method I've tried that sort of works is to use a VPN connection from a long way away. This slows down page loads so I have time to note the URLs as the page loads.

Hi fmdeveloper,
Yes that did the trick. The Net panel gives me a list of all pages loaded and is exactly what I needed.
