I want to move the bookmarks toolbar above the navigation toolbar.

In descending order, I want this interface: -Bookmarks Toolbar -Navigation Toolbar -Tabs

Both Firefox and Chrome appear to fail me in providing this feature.

Hi,

Please try this: View (Alt + V) > Toolbars > Customize and Add New Toolbar. Place it below the Bookmarks toolbar and then drag the address bar (location bar) and other items from the navigation toolbar to this new toolbar. You may have to experiment.
