I don't have an "applet" button in my "privacy" section when I pull down the "Tools" button as suggested.

My game of Scrabble crashed and was advised of an "applet" problem. The instructions were to go to the "tools" button, then "options" then to "privacy" to clear the "applet" button but there was no "applet" button to clear. Every time I play Scrabble, the game ends prematurely. HELP

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
