I have just read that you will not support 64 bit win 7 O/s so why am I being offered it twice now to be honest. you are correct this M/C is 32 bit but not my other one which is 64 bit

Firefox Nightly it is not in the Release channel (Release channel: This is the standard version where the majority of users, including you are. It's fully tested and stable).

Nightly channel: is the most unstable and buggy one. It's where all the tests are performed.

so you can not see it in your update options.

not only Firefox 10, we dont have any separate version for 64bit, the current version of Firefox works fine with 64bit system :)

Before I updated it that is what it said re problems or whatever its called.now irrelevant as its 10.1

Only Firefox nightly is for 64-bit win, BUT for testing purposes ONLY.
