I have Firefox 11.0 and sometimes my first app tab disappears. It exists, but I cant see it in tab bar. Closing and reopening it would make it show like normal, but I forgot what key combination closed an app tab. Or is there another way to close it? I can't use my mouse because I can't see the tab.

I'm sorry but what do you mean 'app tabs'? What's the different with an ordinary tab?
