No doubt you have read firefox crashes. Your crash report did not contain any useful information other than confirming Firefox crashed within seconds.

You will need to

  • preserve your information see backing up your information
  • use an alternative browser or alternative machine to download the correct version of Firefox from http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all.html (From what you say you may already have obtained the installer file)
  • install firefox, but follow the instructions for a clean install please, involving trashing the Firefox Application
    [basic troubleshooting#w_8-make-a-new-profile]_8-make-a-new-profile

(If you use an alternative machine ensure you read the Mac version of the article https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Basic%20Troubleshooting#os=mac&brows... and that you download the correct installer )

Not of much use but

  • your report for CrashID bac4fe36-436c-4fca-9aef-6e6502120414
  • Crash Signature: (null signature)
  • Version 3.6.13 [ Remark - I guess that could be corrupt - or were you using an old using 3.6 ]
