I am running the 08/05/2012 build of Nightly and I am unable to load Youtube videos with ads, e.g. VeVo videos. I have tried disabling all add-ons and that did not resolve the issue.

Videos work fine on Chrome and IE. How should I approach this?

since IE uses the active x version of the flash plugin & chrome ships with its own version, you might want to try uninstalling the general adobe flash plugin from the windows programs control panel & reinstall it again from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ (disable the checkbox for bundled software)

i've just seen that a problem with flash & the current nightly version was mentioned in another support question too. so probably you cannot fix it on your end & will have to waint until an update fixes it again. nightly versions are not intended for daily use and may be unstable. if you want to use a mozilla based 64bit browser, also have a look at http://waterfoxproject.org/
