Don't create two different Sync accounts. Once you set up your first computer, then Sync helps you connect the second computer. Check out this article for the details: How do I add a device to Firefox Sync?

By the way, you also can export/import your bookmarks by way of files and a USB flash drive if you can't get Sync working. This article would help with that process: Restore bookmarks from backup or move them to another computer.
