I am using XP Professional SP 3 with newest version of Firefox, the US Airways web site does not work. I can make the site work with MS Internet Exp. What do I need to change to make Firefox work?

Just tried the clear Cookies and Cach and web site still still does not work with Firefox. Web site comes up. I enter the data and click on button to search and nothing happens. Just tried same thing with Internet Explored and it worked fine. Before the last update with Firefox I was able to use the US Airways web site.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Running in safe mode still does not allow this web site to work.

Can you clarify in which way the site isn't working?

Can you attach a screenshot?

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot.

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

See "Basic Troubleshooting: Make a new profile":

There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.

If the new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.

The web site comes up just fine. I fill in the place and date / time I want to fly. When you press on the button to "search flights" nothing happens.
