Websites are not loading properly, get a chunk of the site that follows through scrolling and to other tabs

Whenever I try to make the window larger than the default size, this problem occurs. The websites do not load properly, leaving a large chunk covered by either previous tabbed websites or the website itself. It persists through scrolling sometimes, but Highlighting the area sometimes clears it.

First, update to Firefox 16.0.1. Update Firefox to the latest release

Then if this problem persists, Reset Firefox. Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings

Try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.
