I fill out all of the info to book a flight and then click on search and nothing happens. Websites for other airlines work fine. I called US Airways and they said there is some setting in Firefox that is preventing my access to the scheduling search. I tried the access from Internet explorer and all worked fine. But I want to use Firefox. Help.

Hi almavoss,

Does the scheduling window appear as a pop-up? It might be that you have pop-up blocker on and that is preventing the window from showing up.

You can find more info in this support article. Try to disable pop-up blockers and let me know if it works.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do not click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.

Reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.

  • Press and hold Shift and left-click the Reload button.
  • Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
  • Press "Command + Shift + R" (MAC)

Try to rename or delete the prefs.js file and possible numbered prefs-##.js files and a possible user.js file to reset all prefs to the default values.
