When I had Internet Explorer and I saved a "Favorite" (Explorer's form of a Bookmark) and saved another "Favorite" another day with the same name, it would ask if i wanted to "overwrite" the information, essentially changing the URL of the "Favorite". How do I do that with Mozilla Firefox's Bookmarks?

Firefox might try to avoid duplicating URLs, but it doesn't mind duplication of the descriptive text for the URL. I think you might need to find an add-on to emulate this feature.

If you bookmarks a website via the star on the location bar then that star is already highlighted if the URL is already bookmarked and in that case you can click the star to change/update the name.
