I have website that has User Profile page and has two password fields named Password and Confirm Password used when creating a new profile. But when I log in as admin and go the user profile, First Password Field is filled with username or password that I have used to log in with.

It is usually best to disable the Firefox Password Manager temporarily in cases like this.

  • Tools > Options > Security: Passwords: [] "Remember passwords for sites"

The Firefox Password Manager is not very intelligent and customizable and basically uses the first field for the name and the first password field that follows for the password.

You can consider to disable autofill by setting the signon.autofillForms pref to false on the about:config page, then at least Firefox won't fill the password.
