more options

Trying to print various reservations and receipts for upcoming trip. Trying to print from gmail, nothing would print. Tried using the printer icon provided in gmail, and laos tried "print preview" first, which opens to a blank page. "Page Setup" is a black screen. All of these things printed frone when using IE to reach my email account. Followed all the troubleshooting scenarios that Firefox has to fix printing problems, other than completely uninstalling an reinstalling the program. I run Windows XP, Firefox 22
