Are you going to further support X3D in the next version of the Firefox desktop browser?

I am a interactive 3D developper, managing its own company and was hoping there would be further development of the compatibility of X3D (through X3D DOM or otherwise). Can you please let me know of any information or link regarding this type of development in future versions of the Firefox browser?

Thanks in advance for any information you might be able to provide.

Hello Daniel,

I don't think that there are any plans to support it in the near future, but there is a cross-browser javascript library at http://www.x3dom.org/.

You might be able to get more information by asking on the #fx-team channel on Moznet (Mozilla's IRC network).
