Can you please update to Firefox 24 and see if you still see this issue? Thanks!

What is the current behavior that you see?

Do you mean that Firefox asks to update the password when you have made a block exception (never remember)?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.
