Not receiving password reset request by email
I was trying to reset my Firefox support password and never received a reset link by email.
Chosen solution
Was able to solve this problem by clicking on "this did not solve my problem" or something similar to that and setting up a new request for the support section. It asked for a user name and a password. Can now use this new username and password to access "Firefox Support".
