When I try to open Firefox, I only get a blank window and the spinning beach ball . I have to Force Quit . This happened after I clicked on Sync in a popup message. I am using a MacBook Pro with OS 10.7.5 and accessing this site through Safari.

Hello again! I have got maybe another solution. Can you connect to the site "about:support" in Firefox with the address bar? If you can, click on the button "Repair Firefox" in the page and follow the instructions. If you can't, do the first solution ! Good luck!
