Stiamo parlando di una webmail che consulti tramite firefox? Ho trovato queste istruzioni 

    In the address bar, type "about:config" (with no quotes), and press Enter.
   Click "I'll be careful, I promise"
   In the search bar, search for "javascript.enabled" (with no quotes).

Guarda se il valore è true, altrimenti se è false cliccaci sopra per cambiarlo in true
