That's strange. It's only on that site?

Is the page too tall for the space available (with or without a scroll bar)? As a test, if you "zoom out" using Ctrl- (hold down Ctrl and tap the -) does the page fit any better? You can click the zoom % button in the address bar to reset to 100% after testing.

It only happens in Firefox, it looks fine in Explorer. Zooming doesn't change it. Thanks for helping.

Should add that this is using Outlook in Office365. Hotmail Outlook looks fine.

And now it looks fine, after days of trying to figure it out.

One possible reason for the transitory glitch was Firefox clinging to some old files in the web content cache, which mismatched with other files that updated the layout. In future cases of sites not laying out correctly, you can try reloading the page bypassing cached files with either:

  • Shift+click the Reload button on the toolbar
  • Ctrl+Shift+R
  • Ctrl+F5

If the problem continues after that, it may be a site incompatibility that someone needs to look at.
