Every time I upgrade on FireFox from the start. I never have the "Firefix" icon/button at top left that is described in all the get started video instructions.

When going through the "Get started menu" Videos, they point to a firefox icon/button at the very top left of the screen. They use this button to drop down a menu for syncing, using private browsing and so on. This is never there. What do I need to do to get this on the screen?
