I have previously used google for searches. My home page now shows 'Ask Jeeves'. I am now unable to bookmark pages and I no longer have easy access to hotmail. I started using firefox because it gave me exactly what I wanted so there are now two choices: Get back to my previous setup Leave firefox.

Some thing you installed after Firefox added that Ask Jeeves garbage.

Your installed plugins shows this known piece of Malware - un-install it thru the Control Panel. Fun Web Products Plugin Stub for 32-bit Windows

If that doesn't get rid of Ask Jeeves, is there anything else in the Control Panel that you don't recall installing?
