Everytime I log on to the Verizon Wireless website, I get a message statig the Mootools.js has not loaded and it takes me to a watered down Verizon site that won't let me log on. Why?

I don't have the above issue when I log on to Safari, but I have it every time I log on to vzw.com with Firefox.

That script loads from a different domain: cache.vzw.com

If you use an add-on like NoScript that manages scripts by domain, allow that one and try again.

Can you test in a new profile? That will bypass custom settings and add-ons and let us know whether the problem resides in your current profile or is a problem with the Firefox program itself. This article gives the steps: Managing profiles | How to | Firefox Help.

By the way, did this just start when you upgraded to 5.0.1 or did it happen before?
