I am having problems using CreateSpace Checkout (self-publishing) - I enter details etc and it goes as far as 'Billing' where Card details have been accepted and then I click Save and Continue but then it returns to my shopping cart.

Hi, try disabling Kaspersky Protection and/or HTTPS Everywhere - Add-ons Manager (Ctrl+Shift+A).

Flash shouldn't be responsible for handling any sort of communication between you and the website you are visiting. Flash is typically used to display streaming video.

Question: What led you to believe that Flash was the culprit?

Question: Have you tried reaching out to CreateSpace and asking them if they are experiencing issues with their website?

Thank you all for the responses. It was CreateSpace themselves who informed me that old versions of Flash Player would cause problems. CreateSpace Customer Service kept giving out the same info each time and still haven't solved it for me and this has been ongoing since 18th May. However, what they have now done is to phone me for my order. Only drawback is I still can't access my publications or register new titles. Considering I am well and truly a long way off from them in North Carolina I should be grateful but still doesn't solve the problem. If any of you within this group could offer solutions to this annoying problem I would appreciate this.
