With IE it is possible to integrate your email client with the browser so you can email either the link or the entire web page to someone. Is it possible to do this with Firefox? I can find the option to email a link, but I cannot find any way to email an entire web page.

There is an Add- on "Send Page by Email" However it is not available for Firefox 46.x Hopefully there will be one soon. :)
