I have had an @lineone.net email account for many years and use Thunderbird as my email client. Recently, my client stopped being able to retrieve emails from the TalkTalk server and I get this error message. The RETR command did not succeed. Error retrieving a message. Mail server pop.tiscali.co.uk responded: cannot open file '/nfs2/mailgb/mail_08/33/0c/witti%lineone.net/0A70003F58460E9C.msg' errno 2, file does not exist . I have tried all of the settings that TalkTalk recommend for Thunderbird but none have solved the problem and got rid of this error message. Does anyone have suggestions as to what I should try next, please?
